All doors and panels feature TFL — decor paper and melamine resin bonded directly to the substrate under high heat and pressure for superior scratch resistance, easy cleaning, and lasting durability.

16mm Case Construction

All cases are built with 16mm TFL panels, fully doweled for maximum strength and durability in demanding environments.

19mm Doors & Panels

All locker doors and side panels are constructed from 19mm TFL across every size configuration, delivering a solid, premium feel with consistent structural integrity.

Industrial-grade particleboard cores with thermally fused laminate (TFL) surfaces, sourced from premium Canadian mills. TFL is permanently bonded — moisture, scratch and stain resistant — and engineered for high-traffic commercial use.

Stock orders typically ship within 5–10 business days. Custom orders run 4–6 weeks from approved drawings, depending on quantity and finish.

Both. Stock units ship flat-packed by default for efficient freight. Larger custom installs can be palletized fully assembled — we'll recommend the right approach during quoting.

Six standard solid colors and six premium wood grains. Custom colors and grain matches are available for orders of 50+ units.

We ship across Canada and the continental United States. All duties are covered for our USA customers — the price you see is the price you pay.

5-year warranty on structural integrity and 2-year warranty on hardware (locks, hinges). Full warranty terms are included with every quote.

We can match nearly any TFL color or grain available from major North American suppliers. Send us a sample or spec sheet and we'll source it.

No. All duties for USA shipments are covered by Timber Fit. Your quoted price is the final landed price.
