• Our internal sales inbox at sales@timberfitlockers.com
• An internal notification to the business owner via a private messaging app

These providers process the data only on our behalf and are bound to keep it confidential. Some of these providers may store data outside Alberta or Canada (typically elsewhere in Canada or the United States), and that data may be subject to the laws of the jurisdiction where it is stored.

5. How long we keep it

We keep quote and contact information only as long as needed to provide the service you asked for, or as required by law. In practice, that means:

• Active quote inquiries: kept while the project is being discussed and for a reasonable follow-up window afterward
• Completed projects: kept as part of our customer records (typically up to 7 years for tax and warranty purposes)
• Web server logs: rotated and overwritten on a short cycle

6. How we protect it

• The website is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption)
• Form submissions are transmitted to our server over an encrypted connection
• Email is sent through an authenticated SMTP server (Hostinger, port 465, SSL)

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps appropriate to the sensitivity of the information.
